Our management company recently met with the owners of one of our recently sold-out developments in Sölden as a regular update on how they are maintaining the property and marketing their investments to Winter and Summer guests.

There was some impressive feedback from customers about the returns from their investment.

A 2-bedroom apartment owner is currently earning a 14% return.

He put down a 50% cash payment and took out a 50% mortgage; he pays a 20% fee to the rental company plus service charges of 3€ per month per square metre.

But the property is currently delivering circa 4% capital growth and an income revenue of 20,075€ per annum.

A 1-bedroom apartment owner in the same development is getting 10.29% return.
